Conditions of letting
General: Owing to Sand Dunes advantageous position on the beach, it has been found necessary to make clear that accommodation is let on the condition that it is used only by those persons named on the booking form.
Though occasional visitors are welcome, by prior arrangement, no other persons are allowed to sleep by night, park, or use the flat as a base by day.  The hirer is responsible for any damage or breakages during his/her stay.
Tenure: Lettings are Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival and departure: Accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, and may be occupied after 2:00 P.M. on the day of arrival.  This is to allow for us to check that out-going tenants have left everything clean and tidy.
Loss or damage: The proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury however caused.  If the property should not be available for reasons outside our control, our liability is limited to refunding all monies paid.
Bookings: May be telephoned between 9a.m. and 5p.m. but must be confirmed with a deposit within three days.
Deposit:  A deposit of half the first week's rent is required when booking, the balance is payable at least 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations: Should be by telephone, and confirmed in writing.  In the event of cancellation every effort is made to re-let, but if we cannot re-let, you will be liable for the rent in full.

Late arrivals: Unless we receive prior notice, we reserve the right to re-let accommodation if not claimed by Sunday mid-day.

It is regretted that parties of young persons cannot be accepted.
